He is very knowledgeable about home construction and where the best communities are to find a good and safe home. If I could give him 11/5 stars I would. Danny is the best of the best. Knowledgeable, on time, flexible and accommodating. We started the home buying process out of state and he was always a quick phone call away. Danny was quick to getting us all the showings we wanted even if it was a marathon house seeing day. My work schedule is odd and he was always able to accommodate changes. In this insane market Danny was able to come up with strategic plans to get us a winning bid, while remaining in budget, while checking all our boxes and using a VA loan. Danny communicates well, is honest, eager and is absolutely the person you want guiding you through the process of such a large investment. If we ever buy again Danny gets our business 100%

Danny was fantastic. We were anxious about buying our first home in this insane market, but we knew if we'd regret waiting so we put our trust in Danny and fortunately it all came together. He was incredibly accommodating with our busy schedules and helped us think through our approach during each "phase." He is well connected to fabulous resources in the Twin Cities and I appreciated that he was equally willing to let us bring our own vendors (mortgage brokers, insurance agents, inspectors, etc.) to the table as well without feeling any pressure or influence. Although Danny was a great sounding board, he also did his best to guide us in an unbiased, ethical manner and I really appreciated working with an agent who demonstrated strong integrity. He provided us with strong insights about so many facets that go into home ownership that first time folks might not even be aware of - for example, he knew about the soil composition in different towns/areas and pointed out obvious red flags on properties that we would have otherwise overlooked. I am happy to be writing this review from the comfort of my first home and know it wouldn't have been possible without Danny's support. I'd highly recommend working with him + his team.
